General Manager

Mike Wardell brings over five years of hospitality leadership experience to his role as General Manager at Bristol Seafood Grill in Creve Coeur. Prior to joining Bristol, Mike spent five years with McCormick & Schmick’s, serving in key management roles across several locations. 

Mike holds a business degree from St. Charles Community College and is a certified Level 1 Sommelier, bringing a refined knowledge of wine pairing to enhance the dining experience.

A strong believer in exceptional guest service and team development, Mike’s leadership style reflects his passion for the industry. His favorite item on the menu? The classic and ever-popular Crab Cakes.

Anthony Randazzo

Executive Chef

With over 16 years of culinary experience, Anthony Randazzo brings a passion for excellence and a fearless approach to culinary leadership. Currently in his first year with the company, Anthony serves as Executive Chef, drawing from a rich background that includes seven years in fine dining steakhouses, eight years at a flagship country club—where he was named Chef of the Year two years in a row—and time at the renowned fine dining seafood spot, Café Blue.

A proud graduate of Le Cordon Bleu, Anthony finished at the top of his class and has since built a career defined by precision, creativity, and dedication. His favorite dish to prepare is Miso Glazed Seabass, a perfect showcase of balance and bold flavor.

Anthony lives by the quote: “Anyone can cook, but only the fearless can be great.”—a mantra that continues to shape his journey in the culinary world.

Michelle Strathman

Sales & Events Manager

With over two years of dedicated service, Michelle has grown from Sales and Events Coordinator to Sales and Events Manager — driven by creativity, strategic marketing, and a passion for people.  Since joining the company in 2022, Michelle has had the opportunity to work with all of the brands within our portfolio, including J. Gilbert’s Wood-fired Steaks & Seafood, Bristol Seafood Grill, Devon Seafood Grill and Houlihan’s, and is currently responsible for private events at the Bristol in Creve Coeur, Missouri, J. Gilbert’s in Des Peres, a suburb of St. Louis, and the Houlihan’s in Ramsey, New Jersey. 

Proud to be recognized as the 2024 Sales Coordinator of the Year, Michelle brings a unique blend of marketing expertise and food & beverage knowledge that allows her to elevate even the simplest gathering into a memorable dining experience.  

Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Montclair State University in New Jersey. Approach is rooted in creative thinking and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations at every touchpoint.
